Before in-between 75lbs so far.

Adding a face compare so people can see double chins can go away. No make up in the second pic so please ignore the blemishes. Also the second pic I snapped tonight on my web cam so not as good of lighting or quality.

I know I was saying that to my husband yesterday putting stuff I bought last month into bins because they are to loose now. I suspect though my rate of losing will slow a bit now but I know as long as I keep going I will get there.

The amount of loose skin that is showing up is getting a bit frightening but I know some of it will tighten up (at least that is my hope).

I also now am able to do 4 miles in 45 minutes which is a new mile stone! I got home told my husband my time was 45 minutes then flopped into a chair and chugged a sports bottle of water. I was soooooore the next day but felt awesome. Now I have done it 3 more times and it is getting easier soon I will have to increase the distance again which as weird as it may sound I am really excited about it. Here's to hoping by mid August I will have up my -100lbs pics!
 
Just an update I am now 82lbs down :D and lost 12lbs and 2.4% body fat in June. I am now adding mixed martial arts class 3 times a week and a bit more weight training to try and be able to post my minus 100lbs pics by mid August. I also had to go buy medium work out pants which made me VERY happy!!
 
Hey incredible progress!! You look pretty!

Too bad you had to give your clothes away :( , not that charity is a bad thing! Lucky me though because where I live getting clothes altered from a tailor is really really cheap! So I'll continue using my clothes when I slim down! :party:

It varies on the day but normally 1200-1400 depending on what I am doing. Once I am finished losing my target calories will be around 1600-2000 with the activity level I am at. I consulted with one of my doctor's and after the latest caliper test for this end of month they now think I should not go below 165-170. I have gained lots of muscle and my body comp is changing rapidly as I get closer to goal weight. They feel I will have 15-25lbs of excess skin that will need to be removed by the time I am at a healthy weight and trying to go lower then that would be unhealthy for what I am showing. My current goal is 10lbs a month which so far I have been meeting and exceeding so I keep my fingers crossed that it will continue to happen!

Very good work..... I still keep some clothes to remind me of how far I came, Some of the sweats pants i use to wear looked painted on, now they are baggy. Its a great feeling. I'm glad you made the committment and made that lifestyle change....

Aww this got resurrected!

I lost a total of 130lbs and now sit at 170 :) I am a size 6/8. I wanted to get to 155 but had to come to agreement with my doctor that was not going to happen. I have lots of muscle mass and loose skin. They think I am carrying around 10-15lbs of it. I have kept the poundage off for well over a year moving towards 2 years :)

I posted this briefly in another thread recently and will post my 300-183 pics here for a little while.

Wow, you look fantastic! I would never believe you have loose skin, you are so shapely. Amazing! Great Job!
 
Massive congrats on the weight loss. You look fantastic, like a completely different person. You should be so proud of yourself! :hurray:
 
Thanks guys :) I got tons of inspiration and continued inspiration from this area of the board.

When people worry about loose skin I always like to tell them you can hide the loose skin with good clothing choices. You can't hide 100lbs of fat with clothes. I will take the loose skin over how I use to look 100% of the time :)

SparkErosion having you say incredible job made me grin. I've stalked your thread a bit and you Sir are amazing with your muscles! I wish my back and arms were half as awesomely defined as yours!!!
