I feel like I look huge still especially for my height. Ive got about 40 more lbs to go.

Ive been told I look a lot smaller than I am, I dont think I do. Tips:
I didnt really count calories, bc thats too much work for me and im lazy and bad at math lol I ate low carbs, NO sugar, no processed foods, no pop (or soda), water, wheat breads, pastas, and rice...absolutely no white flour, ate lots of healthy vegetables and stayed away from the ones containing sugar, and had healthy lean meats like turkey burger and chicken breast. I worked out for about 2 hours all cardio... now Ive been only doing about 70-90 mins of cardio and working my way back up to 2 hours 6days a week. I got down this far in under a year... its definitley doable.
Also when I went to restraunts Id order the healthiest item possible which was usually a salad and had it dry. And asked for chicken not to be marinated, always with a vegetable... no rolls.
I also did have cheat days and I ate whatever I wanted on those days, or if I was stuck at a plateau.
