Whoa...big change! You look great! All of these people losing the weight really keeps me motivated..I'm on my first week and second day of my change of healthy lifestyle/exercise.
Question:
1) When you first started out, did you do 2 hours of cardio? What type of exercise was it? Because right now I try to jog about a mile a day, I'm 236.5 lbs, I'm doing the couch to 5k program. It's 60 seconds of jogging/90 second rest intervals. However, its tough because a little over halfway through it the front of my ankles (my shins) are killing me to the point I can barely walk. The pain usually goes away after about 20-30 minutes, it would be so much easier if I didn't have this pain when I was jogging. Did you have this problem too when you started out?
