Thanks guys! Really - your encouragement means so much to me, especially when you don't see the scale cooperate the way you want it to...

I wanted to post a more 'clothed' pic, it looks like I am smaller but the scale says otherwise...I don't buy the scale but the difference is interesting regardless...

Thanks - I know how much I need this place and sometimes it is too easy to let it slip by the wayside when things get hectic - just wanted to show everyone that even though I haven't been around, I didn't completely fall off the wagon :)
