Whoa HUGE HUGE change. OMG thats awesome seriously congrats.

To the person who asked if its healthy ofcourse it can be. I've dropped 225lbs in less than 10 months. I get blood work every 30 days and full body analysis done every 60 days. I eat 6 meals a day clean calories and workout 6 days a week. Anything is possible with disicpline.

unfortunately most people lack the discipline to stick with a program 7 days a week consistantly. You my dear obviously have the same dedication I do.

Serious congrats. You look freggin fantastic. I'm going to have a TT myself once I reach 200lbs.

You look fabulous and you deserve a big :jump:
I have the same badge of motherhood (the stretchmarks on the tummy). I got them all in one day when the babe was one day overdue (had him 5 days later). Bummer, but I'm no way having a TT. The babe is now 19 and all growed up!

Wow! Girl you look great!! My goal is similar to yours. You dont look like you weigh 152!! How tall are you?

Great job!!!!! So inspiring!!!

You look amazing and should feel so proud of yourself! What an incredibly motivating story to share- All the best to you!

Very impressive! Congrats. :)

What personal training classes are you taking?

HEY!
Thanks for the kind words.
Well i am not going to a class. I order a package on line through NASM.com
THat comes with the books and DVD and some work shops.
Looks like you train. I am sure you have heard of NASM. Very well know.

My dream is to take this in home and train people in there house and also set up some meal programs for them. I am in the gym 6 days a week for about 2 hours a day and honestly i really dont do much cardio any more .. about 30 min a day. Its all about strength training right now!

hello

is this even healthy?!?!?!

how did u do it!!!

Hey ....
Yes I am 100% healthy. Like the nice man below you ... I have also been watched by my doctor and have had blood work every month . I work out for 2 hours a day , 6 days a week. Drink 1 + galllon of water a day. NOTHING else.
I take vitamine B12, multi, fish oil, flax seed oil, C, E, Cal, and a hair and nails vit. I also eat 6 small meals a day. I eat alot of protein. No sugar Monday through Friday- Only 100% whole grains. and to be honest i really dont eat pasta and carbs after noon ( THATS WHAT MAKES THE MID SECTION BIGGER)
I eat alot of fruit and veggies and natural things. But if i want something i will give my self that treat. I have done well and to hold back will just make my body want it more.
SO yes, i am healthy. My body fat was 50% and now i am at 19.1 % . MY goal is 14% !!!
I have never been happier in my life.
Thanks GOD...... I have had this Change in my life.!

Certainly, I've heard of NASM. I respect the organization and the certification. I am more a fan of NSCA and ACSM.

Glad to hear you learned the "truth" about strength training and its role on body recomposition. It's a hard lesson to learn, but it's a good one.

Again, congrats on your success, and from the sounds of it, you will continue to have it!

Oh, and if you decide to get into training..... best to ya. It is a great field. Giving people their health back can be very rewarding.

Realize that the stuff these various certifications teach you is only the tip of a very large iceberg. Strength training alone, is a very diverse subject that I have found the certifying bodies do not dive into enough. But that is not what they are there for in reality. They are there to make sure you know the basics and it is on you to further your knowledge on your own.

Great inspiration to meeeee!!!!

Hello!!
I started posting yesterday in this forum after almost one year. I'm back trying to loose weight AGAIN!!!! I almost cry when I saw your pictures. Your body was more or less how my body is right now. I have the same tummy with strech marks from having a baby. My son is now six years and still I have all the pregnancy pounds and more.

You are an inspirations to me because now I know I can totally do it. I will post my first weight tomorrow. I believe is something around 203 pounds. So wish me luck and discipline!!!

My first question is how much cardio you did the first three months? What is that system that you used to loose weight and how much it cost?

You look great!! :)
