Wow, this is so encouraging... congratulations. I have just started the 6 small meals plan again. I am eating grapes, sunflower seeds, oatmeal, cucumber and tomatoe salad etc. I am trying to eat healthy low fat meals that are no more than 1500 calories a day. And, I am exercisng 30 minutes a day on the treadmill. I drink plenty of water and take a good multivitamins from Whole Foods Market. I think cutting back on sweets is a great idea. You are right it helps to give yourself a snack instead of being to strick.
Do you have a maintenance plan in place? How that it going for you?
Right now, I really need the extra encouragement. Any tips will be greatly appreciated. I also have the Make The Connection video. I am following the 10 tips that Oprah and Bob Greene mentioned. I just started so I hope to see great results as I combine them with the 6 small meals that they also mentioned. I know if I mess up I just need to keep going until I see the results. They will come over time I'm sure. Your post has really inspired me to keep going.
Whoa Lindsey!!! When I first joined this forum your pics were about the first I came across and to be totally honest you and wishes have motivated me more then anyone ( you started a little bit heavier then me, I started at 221, but were pretty much the same height and Im heading for the same weight, we also have basically the same body type, all mid section, no bum lol) I just wanna say even though you have proberly heard it a trillion times over but welldone on your most out standing transformation and thankyou for being a poster for those of us following in your footsteps! I dont even know you and Im so proud of what you've done!
