alright guys i've been perusing through this site for a while now and i was bored to day so i decided to post a few pics to show just what some good ole fashined hard work and dedication can get you
Please don't take this wrong, but did you have surgery because that kind of change is almost unprecedented without surgery. If you did it without surgery, my hat's off to you!
no surgery just an assload of hardwork and discipline
the main reason i dropped it all so fast is because i got a job where i was walking upwards of 10-13 miles per day 5 days a week. and i changed my diet drastically as well and started hittin the weights about a year ago next month and voila .
i still haven't fully adjusted to my new self yet though i look in the mirror sometimes and it freaks me out how far i've come from what i used to be
appreciate all the kind word you guys ...and just so you know I'm still working hard everyday at keeping that weight off and gaining some muscle i'm at 222 right now..seriously lifting three times a week.doing cardio 4 days a week still eating right and everything i think i'm on track to keep this up for the rest of my life and i must say it feels pretty gosh darned good right about now
Congrats with the weight loss! I have to say amazing. My question is, when you first started to lose weight, did you have weight training also? Or did you just do pretty much cardio until you dropped much of the weight? I'm curious because I am not sure If I should just keep the cardio or cardio+weights. Thanx
What did your calorie intake look like?
How many calories a day, what kind of foods?
How much cardio did you do, and what kind at what intensities?
Did you do cardio on the same day as weights?
I thought I was special for losing my weight but....DAAAAMMMNN
