This goes to show that a little exercise goes a long way! That was you under all that weight.
I used to be an athlete but when I got injured (knee surgery) I ballooned from 220 to 285. I ate less than my athlete days but the pain and depression put my on a downward spiral. I started riding my bike 2 months ago and I'm down to 270 now. I'm about your height. My goal is to get down to 220 or less. What other exercises do you recommend?
