before and after - 5 years.

Wow you look like a totally new person, big inspiration man thanks.

BTW I was about same boat as you, I weighed 350lbs and currently sitting at around 200lbs, I just need to build more muscle. Thanks for the motivation man keep it up. :)

Also he probably doesnt have any sagging skin because he built lots of muscle and lost a lot of body fat. Thats what my 1 buddy tells me, just worry about your body fat now and dont count the weight as much since your at 200lbs now.

Wow this is my first day on here, I did not expect to see HOT MEN!! hehe
Very cool how many guys are here too!!!

stretchmarks?

I am in the same boat as you, I am currently at 315 lbs, and my normal weight is around 200.

I am wondering if you had any baggy skin after you lost all the skin? And if so, how did you take care of it? Surgery? Or did you not get any stretch marks?

If you did go for the surgery to remove the baggy skin, how much did it cost you?

Thanks!

You did amazing work!:)

Unbelievable and inspirational. I've always worried that when I finally lose all I want to that I'll look like a flabby EX fat person.

You're proof that this might not be true. Thanks for giving me some hope!

Hey, sorry to revive this thread again... but I just wanted to answer a couple of questions. I didn't go for the surgery, but I am considering lipo / tummy tuck... the lipo to get rid of the actual fat cells, as it remains very easy for me to gain weight still, and it's a constant struggle to keep the weight down. I do have a bit of loose skin in spots that I'd like to tighten up as well... but all in all, I am very pleased with my results in general.
I did have some pretty major stretch marks when I first started losing it, but after 5 years, they have faded quite a bit and you really have to look for them now!
Sorry for the slow replies, but I was off in Asia and Australia for the past few months and have just arrived home a short while ago.
Good luck to everyone, and thanks for all the positive replies. It makes me feel good to know that my story and pirctures are inspirational to others

Everyone else has pretty much said it but.... Congrats! You look AWESOME! You look like a totally different person. You're a real inspiration.

Congratulations

I've seen the pictures and well, you really did a fantastic job all the way!!!!!

Do you have more pictures of you before and after? It's just amazing and very inspirational!!!

WELL DONE:)

Man, I actually bookmarked this thread....LOL. That is insane! I now take a peek when I need inspired and think......this could be me :D Great job, and thanks for posting those pics. Sometimes we just need to be able to see it can really be done.

Dude!!!

...However, if you need more incentive than that... you will gain a few inches as you remove fat from behind your package....

That is freaking hillarious!!! (and I always had my suspicions!!)

That is the first time I have ever heard anyone say anything about... That! Publicly, but maybe they should! We all the emphasis and importance men put on their "packages" I would think that is enough incentive to get every overweight 20' something man alive off their asses! Thanks for bringing up a point not many would.

And gentlemen, it is true!

Awesome job man! You are truly an inspiration!

The beach in the first one is Orient Bay in St. Maarten, and the second one is at Dunn's River Falls beach in Jamaica. Thanks for all the feedback!
Just for some general info.... I lost most of this weight on a modified atkins style diet - Low carb, but not alot of meat - and mostly chicken or turkey. Lots of fresh vegetables and fruit, with an emphasis on eating quality food. It was basically just a back to basics diet... I stayed away from anything processed or ready to eat.
Now though, I'm in training for racing medium distance runs - 8-21k, and have bumped up my carb intake, but I run and train so much it doesn't matter anymore.
I'm also on day 8 of the master cleanse right now aahhhh!

i was wondering how you did, b/c i noticed you said you got to 176 and THEN started exercising..i was like...huh??? hahahhaha! anyway - very inspiring and i'm so happy for you! well worth the work, eh? very awesome! you must be so proud of yourself! :) thank you so much for sharing!
