I did! I wasn't very hungry for dinner so i just had some fruit and a museli bar.

Today will be another test. Will be home all day and am going out to dinner tonight.
I'll be alright...i hope!
 
I is here, I is here! I promise! :D
Man I have been so busy! However, I have taken up running! I can only do it in short bursts at the moment but in the last two weeks i have improved.
Over the last two weeks I have also come to a realisation! If i eat too light (not as in skipping meals, I mean as in salad for dinner type thing) I don't lose weight.
I have found that as soon as i start eating substatially and exercising regularly, The weight comes off a whole lot faster.
Like yesterday where i would normally have a piece of fruit and small bowl of cereal for breaky, I ate a bagel with ricotta cheese and jam, yoghurt and an apple. Then for lunch, instead of salad sandwhich and fruit, I ate a grilled chicken sandwhich with heaps of lettuce toamto and ketchup and a manadrin and I was still hungry after it.
Then for dinner i ate lite chicken schnitzel with veggies and gravy and piece of cake for my sisters birthday. I had run in the afternoon when I got home.
That's how I've been eating for the last week and a half as well as running and my weight is finally starting to come off again after hitting a Platuea.

I'm gonna get that chicken sandwhich again for lunch, that was gooood! :D hehe
I can wait to go home and run today. In fact I haven't been able to wait all week. I get so excited to go home and put my running shoes on because it really does feel so good! I thought the whole thing was a LIE! :D
 
Won't be long now and you will be putting on some boots to get out on the rugby field :)

I looovvve veggies and salads and stuff, but I'm with you on that one- I can't eat salads three times a day, no way..doesn't do anything for me!!
Yay for running, I suck at running, its no good right now..maybe in another twenty lbs I'll try the running thing :D

All the forwards for the NSW state of Origin team were doing a signing at rebel sport in the city and we just happened to be there like 10 minutes before they got there to sign autographas and so we decided to stick around and one of my mates bought a SOO Jersey and gave it to me to get signed.

Oooh the muscle on that man is....no words!
I really just could have made him a indecent proposal there and then, but i decided to be good and not make an a$$ out of myself. He is gorgeous!
Now if that doesn't inspire me, NOTHING will! And it well and truly inspired me to work my ass off today.
I have had my cereal yoghurt and fruit for breakky and I can't wait for another chickenn sandwich for lunch.
I will do 45mins of running when i get home (which i can't wait for) and then thinkabout making some fish or chicken for dinner...or maybe i'll do a chili beef...hmmm decisions decisions.
Or maybe I could just eat Danny Buderus with a spoon:p (It's the guy on the left hehehe)

Hi JellyBelly! I know, I know, I am sooo bad with water! I really should drink alot more, but if i drink too much i just get uncomfortable in my tummy...
I try to drink at least a litre a day...But I am working on the water thing. Promise! :D
 
JEALOUS!!! holy hunnies- thats so exciting :D I have never even heard of the guy till you put his pic up, but I can relate to eating him with a spoon :)

as for your idea to go to Hawaii after we reach our goals, I'm in lol

Um... I did naughty :(
Well not too naughty...but naughty enough for me to deserve a spanking from Danny Buderus...not that that's really punishment...whoa did I just say that out loud? How off track was that?? hehehehe

Ahem..anyway...back to what i did.

It goes like this. Today I had get up and go to work to catch up on some stuff, and because i had to stay longer than anticipated, i didn't have a chance to do shopping and buy some food for dinner. So when i got home i boiled up some wholemeal pasta and just put some red pepper tapenade and parmesan cheese and chili on it...only problem with that, is that I ate alot...and now i feel like blurgh!
I didn't run yesterday because i went to the movies and now i feel like yicky.

However I have vowed to repent and run/walk for at least an hour tomorrow!
I swear on Danny Buderus that I will.

The good news is that mum brought some yuuuuumy fruits for me! So tomorrow there is ABSOLUTELY no excuse to eat unhealthily.

Does anyone else find it's a bit of a struggle to be good when you're at home? I do, and I really can't get my head around it. What is about being at home that just makes me want to stick my face in a spongecake or lose my head in a bag of Doritos?? It's something I have got to get to the bottom of.

Anyways, I'm so happy you guys have come by to say Hello! I hope you're all having agreat weekend, and getting up to plenty of mischief ;)
 
Heheheh I Think Feeling Bad For Eating That Is Enough Punishment For You So Dont Forget To Stay On Track Now Sense You Had One Fun Day Of That Kind Of Eating Hehehe!
 
So i bought one of those calorie books and a food diary yesterday! How exciting!
I don't know if i'm actually gonna put the calorie and fat units in, i think i just want to see on paper what i eat during the day and how much exercise i do.
I get to start it today, so i'm pretty happy.

Yesterday I ran for about 15mins, but i kept getting a stitch for some reason, so i went back home for a while and then went back out again later on and ran for about an hour! I was so happy with my efforts yesterday! Only I didn't eat enough :( But since i have my food journal today, i have sworn to eat enough.
And i need to drink more water too. Just like JellyBelly advised.

Okay so, there is only 1 more sleep to go until State of Origin! The biggest football game on the Australian Sporting calender and I am so far beyond excited i can hardlt contain myself!
Those guys are so incredibly fit and strong, it is so inspiring to watch, i can't even tell you.
I hope my boy plays. He's been in doubt with a back injury, but personally i think it's just a bit of pre-game coach mind games. I'm sure he'll play.
Anyway's only one more sleep to go.


Anyway, apart from that, I had a really emotional afternoon yesterday for some reason.
It all started walking home from the station after work, I nearly got attacked by a dog, for the first time in my life, and i am a massive dog lover and i thought the stupid dog shoulda known that! I felt so betrayed! I was even trying to protect him from kids that were throwing rock at him.
Then having got home shaken, but otherwise unscathed, I got savagely attacked by two bowls of my mum's spaghetti (which she swears she made healthily) three pieces of nougat and a bowl of pretzels :( They came outta nowhere!!
So i went to bed cried myself to sleep for sabotaging myself and woke up today to a carrot apple and ginger juice and a chinese food container of rockmelon and watermelon.
I feel a bit better today, so i hope i can hold it together.

I agree, I think Danny will lead the blues to victory :D

as for the clash between the roosters and eels on the weekend, i would love to see my team win but with all the problems this year i think the rooster will win it :(

I am glad to see you survived the attack of the killer spaghetti and hope today has been much better. :)
