I forgot to ask how you found the kettlebells. I definitely feel weaker and not as firm having not done them properly for 10 days. I'll get back into them on Wednesday but it's definitely something you can do where a little bit goes a long way. 20 min every other day would do massive fast improvement to your strength, cardio and fat burning!
I probably didn't lose this week but I lost a lot of cm/in so I'm okay with it. No last chance for us, Isabel. We'll be knocked off our 1st place pedestal because of me!
