Well, I've fallen off the wagon, as you all know by now, but I'm trying my hardest to scramble back on. I've noticed I tend to come downstairs and just start eating before I even actually wake up. Possible solution? Maybe come down and get on the computer for at least 30 minutes before I start eating. My computer is filled with quotes and charts and pictures that I know will stop me from grabbing a bowl full of cheddar and sour cream ruffles.
So uh, I know this is like the second time, but sometimes it just takes a new journal to reinvent yourself.
I'm making a new thread. I know I've been MIA for about a month or so, but I've just been figuring myself out. I need a fresh start, a new perspective.
Follow me if you want, don't if you don't, do whatever pleases you... I'm not worrying what anyone else is thinking of me... it's my first goal.
