For sure. or unless I feel that I am not sure.

My clothes are fitting better. No lie. so I think changes are happening. BUT I'm too afraid that the numbers wont show it soooooo yeh.

Weigh-in time, missy. Got to keep checking or you wont know! Wednesday sounds good, try to keep to it! It's best to know whether the choices you are making are working or whether you need to re-evaluate how you're doing things. Weigh-ins suck but really are important. Think how good you'll feel if you've lost! xx

Too high in cals and fat.

FUCK my life.
I've gained 2lbs.
Maybe it's because I've got my period.
Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.

It's funny though.. I've gained 2lbs.
But I hung out with my friend Amber yesterday and the first thing she said to me was 'how much weight have you lost?'
and this morning my mum was like:

'you have definitely lost weight'.

I guess I should watch my calories.
Cutting out hot chocolate as well now from my diet.

Better luck next week.

Just wanted to drop by and say hello and,that you're doing so well!Your little diet logs are really healthy (and yummy to!hehe making me hungry just by reading!).
I'm so sorry to hear that you're a bit down about gaining 2lbs,but I'm pretty sure thats becuase it's that wonderful time of the month!! I gain 5lbs and more sometimes during that week,so I make sure to put the scales to one side as it's important to eat fulfilling meals,but still keep calories in mind!I'm sure you'll lose it afterwards though.

If you're noticing your clothes are fitting better,there is definatly something going on there!Especially if your mum noticed,hehe mums always point out these things! :D so that's great news.

I look forward to reading future updates! You can do this! :)

Hello doubleclick my dear,I hope you're having a lovely day!In spite of stoopid time o the month!I honestly do think that when it's over you'll lose those 2lbs almost instantly,(and hopefully more from all your hard work!) You're doing so well.Especially with the cherrios as a snack-I bloomin love cereal and if I ever feel really hungry during the day I just graze on the stuff!

Well,I'm very much a breakfasty person but I'm also a lover of the snackage, so if I have a fairly light breakfast in the morning I allow myself healthy snacks during the day-such as jumbo snackajacks like you! (cheese ones are totally the best!and caramel!! hehe) and cereal haha.200 cals is a great breakfast by the way,and you're an active person so it makes perfect sense!(plus porridge has hardly any saturated fat in it,so it's fine to have more if you fancy) hehe see,where I work on placement at the moment,I literally do NOWT all day (and I don't like it at all!) so I don't feel like I burn anything up!

I also find dinner is my fave meal of the day (that's a sad thing to admit! hehe),so eating less during the day lets me have a nice hearty dinner and maybe dessert to! :D Anyway! sorry that's enough of me ramblings,but aw we can do this together!!
Ohhhh my goodness turkish delight hot chocolates are the buisness-in sainsburys or tescos (perhaps both) down the tea and coffee isle they have lil sachets of them,and I believe it's something like 7 different flavours for £1.50 so stock up! I've given up choc for lent...but of course i'm allowing myself hot chocolate!(yeaaaah...I know it's tecnically chocolate haha but still) They're great mid afternoon pick me up :D

Thank you for the Turkish Delight hot choc advice. I picked some up tonight. I gave up chocolate for lent tooooo but Options doesn't count, does it? Ohhhh no.

Dont get discouraged by the gain, ToM is always a scale weight killer. Make sure to take progress pics as they will show you changes that the scale will not. :)

Youre doing great. Keep it up!

So this evening I'm meeting the girl i'm dating. I havent seen her for a couple of weeks.
Apparently she's lost a stone since I last saw her. WTFFFF.
I am trying to feel good about myself right now but it's hard.

Today I burnt 600 cals at the gym.

Today I've eaten:
Oat so Simple w/ Banana
4 rice cakes w/ peanut butter
3 crackers
1 packet snack a jacks

I need coffee and a smile and some confidence to go and meet her and not feel like shit.

Nice going in the gym 600cals is QUITE a bit!

Coffee is always good and you should be full of confidence ,you are exercising regular and eating the right foods ,and progressing brilliantly ,you need to reflect on the sacrifises you have made and the effort your putting in, i admire the effort your putting in and so should you so go out and be happy as can be!!!!! And WELL DONE!!!! :D
