Some pick and mix sweets (150 cals probably at least?)
Coffee w/ sf vanilla syrup

Dinner is yet to be eaten.

I'm on a losing weight forum on friday night.
I KNOW HOW TO PARTY, awwww yeah.

Broccoli
Spring greens
Onion
Chicken
Baked Potato
Baked Beans

Yogurt
3 Marshmallows

NO.MORE.FOOD today.

Oooooh I hope i'm -1 more lb tomorrow. That'd be sweeeet.

I think I'm gonna go for a runnn rather than the gym tomorrow. I guess I'll go by what the weather is like. Hmm.

Wow thanks I really appreciate your support. I feel very motivated after reading that. I know that low fat isn't necessarily ideal.. and i will be eating some healthy fats.. like nuts and avocados but yeh, fats have higher calories per gram than carbs is my logic.

How much weight have you lost? I hope to follow your journey too.

So far I have lost about 40 pounds in 9 months. About 4 of those months I didn't do anything to lose and I maintained weight. :) I know you can do it.

So technically i could be 138 by July.

Food Today:
B - Oat So Simple (Maple) with splenda
Coffee x 2 cups (250 cals/3g fat)

L- 3 rice cakes with light spread of almond butter
1 cup cheerios (300 cals, 15g fat)


Exercise Today:


25 minutes Jillian Michaels work out
3 minutes ab work.

I'm feeling positive.
I don't think I'm quite as fat as I think.
And even though I weigh a lot.. i think that i'm more toned than when i used to be this weight.

Excellent news.
Provided that I don't fuck up... by the end of March, I will be -8lbs lighter. Which means I'll be out of the 70s and exactly 12st.

168lbs. That's my first goal weight.

I CAN DO THIS.

I still haven't had breakfast yet. Just a cup of tea and a lot of water.
 
I just made fat free Rice Krispy Treats.
I sorta adapted the recipe. They aren't gonna taste great.
Oh well.

1 muller light vanilla yogurt
5 cups rice krispys
4 cups mini marshmallows

Melt the marshmallows into the yogurt.
Stir in the rice krispys.

Ta daaaaaaa.

I don't think i'm allowed lunch today since i just munched on the excess mixture.

My food calories are a bit higher than yesteday. My fat is low though. Haven't eaten dinner yet.

L - Roll with ham and laughing cow extra light, lettuce and french mustard
Yogurt
Banana and Honey Low Fat Cake from MnS (3g fat, 130cals)
S - SF Red Bull

ooh be sure and keep us posted on how this goes. I looked at this one the other day and ended up picking up a different Jillian Michaels tape (and a Biggest Loser one) but I enjoy the JM one and would definitely be interested in picking up some different ones :) Keep up the great work - and good luck on hitting that next goal weight! :D

Which dvd did you get? I have her 30 Day Shred and that is so effective. Level 3 made me feel like I was going to DIE but it's amazing. I also have the UK Biggest Loser DVD.
Will definitely keep you posted on my progress. Likewise.
