Which dvd did you get? I have her 30 Day Shred and that is so effective. Level 3 made me feel like I was going to DIE but it's amazing. I also have the UK Biggest Loser DVD.
Will definitely keep you posted on my progress. Likewise.

I bought the Jillian Michaels Banish Fat Boost Metabolism but I'm also interested in getting the 30 Day Shred (seems to have good reviews on here) and the one that you've started.

I also have Biggest Loser Cardio Max (it seems to have a lot of jumping and my poor knee can only take so much but I do like how they show you how to do modified/low impact versions of most stuff for beginners like me :))
 
Hey doubleclick, Just wondering, How many calories a day are you eating? Your recorded food doesn't seem that high. Your BMR is going to be probably at least 1,500 calories a day or higher, but you can use an online calculator to get a more accurate number. If you don't eat enough calories your body is going to hold on to fat for DEAR LIFE because it is going to think it is going into famine and wants to store your energy and fat stores as long as it can. When I was eating 1,200 calories a day my weight was at a standstill, as soon as I bumped it up to 1,600-1,800 a day the pounds FLEW off my body, it was crazy!
 
^^ I agree, but I think DoubleClick posts her food as she goes--She often says "but this is without dinner." So I hope she's eating way above 1200!

Cucumber + Laughing Cow Extra Light Triangle
Roll w/ ham/lceltriage/lettuce
Yogurt
Hot Chocolate w/ Caramel

Well, that is unless i fuck up today.

I'm doing alright so far.

Gym: running/stairmaster/weights/giving my abs a break
Breakfast: Oat so Simple and Apple
Lunch: Alpen + Lots of coffee (LOTS, like two whole pots. I am so buzzed).

Then I have shit to do and then i'm drinking a hot chocolate and then i'll have some kind of healthy dinner that I might purchase from marks and spencers. om nom nom.

Tonight is gonna be drunk.
fuck.
 
I think getting to 174 tomorrow might be too optimistic.
If i get to 175 i'm happy.
If i haven't gained, i'll be happy.

I don't feel thinner. But my mum says i look it.
