Beach Body 2011

the girl is THIN.
She must have lost 20lbs. In like 3 weeks.
I'm not even kidding.

It's ridiculous.

I need to up.my.game. Big time.

So I'm gonna do the 6 Week 6 Pack dvd and a 20-30 minute run every day monday-to-friday this week. THAT'S MY PLAN.

And I want my cals to be around 1200.

Breakfast: Options Hot Chocolate/Double Espresso
S: Fruit
L: Oat So Simple
D: Healthy
S: Yogurt + other stuff.

sfslgsdglsglsdg. FUCK MY LIFE. I can't believe she's that thin. I mean, she looks SO GOOD. I feel like such shit right now.
 
Nice going in the gym 600cals is QUITE a bit!

Coffee is always good and you should be full of confidence ,you are exercising regular and eating the right foods ,and progressing brilliantly ,you need to reflect on the sacrifises you have made and the effort your putting in, i admire the effort your putting in and so should you so go out and be happy as can be!!!!! And WELL DONE!!!! :D

Do you keep track of how many calories you're eating btw?
Well good job on losing weight so far :) i wanna be sexy in a bikini this summer tooo! And in shorts/skirts. Would be cool.

Hey so you've moved to the Netherlands from England?? That's pretty exciting. You've also lost a HELL of a lot of weight.
I wish I had your success.

I vaguely keep track of my calories. I think from tomorow I"m going to be much stricker when monitoring my calories. Thank you for the advice hun. Will check out your journal.
 
I need to lose the 2lbs I gained last week.
I need to have lost them.
This week I am going to work out hard and eat right.
I might not be able to lose 4lbs a day like the girl I'm dating is.. But my body is gonna be toned at least.. Cos I'm working out a lot.

I wish I didn't see her success as my failure.
It's not normal to lose 20lbs in 3 weeks.
I wish I could though.

I was going to under eat.
Then I realised that was stupid. And i'd only binge.
So I'm doing things the right way.
 
Hello Doubleclick! Just been reading through your diary ... your exercise regime seems amazing. Keep that up as it sounds to me you're gonna be one of the lucky ones that lose the weight and keep it off!! Saves you having to go through all this malarky again like I have to! Boooo.

I've given up chocolate for lent too - I wasn't finding it too hard until today on an EPIC long train journey back from Devon I saw this woman dunk her kitkat in her tea. Bad times. I want to do that!! My workplace has also just stocked mini eggs in the vending machine. Mini eggs!! Can you believe it - I think they're trying to destroy me. Oh well bring on the skinniness right!! Haha.

Anyway, congrats on how well you're doing - if people are noticing and your clothes fit better then that's what counts - you know how us females are anyway, every tiny insignificant thing affects our weight. I wouldn't be surprised if the direction of the wind or the colour of the sky affect it!

Keep going, you're doing fantastic x

Hey Doubleclick!!! Just read through your journal- looks like you're off to a good start!!! Don't be worrying about a 2lb gain during your period... I usually gain like 5lbs overnight that magically disappears after a day or two. Joys of being a woman :D Have you weighed in again?

Just a question, are you vegetarian? Just wondering cuz I skimmed your food logs and didn't see meat. I'm not a huge fan of meat, love my seafood though!! YUM!

Yeah, don't under-eat girlie. Don't know how the fuck your girl lost that much weight..Can't have been healthy though! Keep positive, you'll get there in your own time xx

I haven't weighed in since my gain but i will be weighing in this week.
I'm not vegetarian but i don't eat that much meat in my diet.

GIVING UP CHOCOLATE IS SO TOUGH, right? But it'll be worth it when we drop some major poundage.

Unfortunately, my exercise has not prevented me gaining weight in the past. I guess it's stopped me getting EVEN fatter though.
And i'm physically strong, so that's gooood.

I'm gonna go check out your diary.

I love love love LOVE it when my hard work is rewarded. This week's strict calorie intake and extra exercise has paid off. I've lost nearly 4lbs.

The scale is flickering between 175 and 174 :D :D :D

So 3 pounds down from 178.
