*HUGS* SOrry to ehar that Mechelle...LOL...I hate that too sounds like when I went shoppin on Moday it was a disaster and then I bought so much I needed help out to my car and had to wait forever and even get a second cart...*UGH* an dya they pack like 3 items per bag it is stupid...

LOL Not 100% on the number but I looked it up and got several different #s from 150-300. So I figured after her pushing a full cart and having an elevated heart rate from the check out girl, we could go with the high one!:D :D
 
Wanting to say good mornign and see how dinner was...and to tell you I woke up with a .4 gain :( Only exercise I did last night was walk, I guess I needed to do more...oh well...LOL...wanna weigh in this coming up Friday ???
 
Sounded like a great grocery experience.... NOT! One of my sisters friends, she is a coupon queen. She will have a heaping cart full and only spend like $10.00 cash after the coupons. How on earth she does that I dont know!

I hope you had a super duper weekend.
 
I had a real nice weekend. No exercise, hardly any water!;) I like weighing in on fri. Cinderelly,so that is cool for me! I think I will skip the gym today and do a home video instead. I'll head off to the gym tomorrow!:)
