Well this day is ok. Not much going on. I slept and took a nap and pretty much have done nothing. Cals should be good. So here's what I ate today and hope to not blow it tonight!
Bowl of cereal.
Half of these tortilla sanwichs I made. Low fat too!
1 small piece of carmel pecan cheesecake. Made with splenda
4 pigs in a blanket(which is a hot dog wrapped in a biscuit)
Not the best health wise, but don't think I blew it cal wise either. So here goes my weight loss after Christmas Blues Diet. ( I'm thinking about making a weight loss book!!)
