Hope your neck feels better soon chicky...Im so glad to hear you are maintaining...ive been maintaining and just lost lbs...amazingly and I have only gone to Curves once this week and done nothing else...Ive even been sneakin in some junk here and there...

It's a little better this afternoon. I am still taking it easy, so it don't mess up again!!

I hope your neck gets to feeling better mine
does that every so often especially if I nap long on the couch
but usually 2 days worth of alieves(the best) and soak in a
hot smell good aroma bath plus I force my neck to turn side to
side to try to shake the stiffness!Well get better have a safe

I am doing much better. I got to sleep in my bed last night. I am still somewhat stiff, but it is letting up!! I am very thankful!! Well I am still holding steady and hope to all throught he holidays. I know I've said so before,but I am trying to keep it going through my mind by repeating it eveyday. It helps me out!! LOL I know it sounds crazy, but whatever works right? Well I'm off, Till later.....

Well we are almost done with the food prolem. 2 days left, for me anyway! I have snacks for X-mas eve to get through and Monday's X-mas dinner!! I'm crossing my fingers. Iwant to hold steady. Not have to back track!!
