I got in a 30 min. walk. With the kids and our cat! What a walk that was!!! LOL I think maybe it was a mile and a half. Hard to tell. The kids slowed me down. My four yr. old's little legs were running to keep up with mine and that was cute but he complained. But it was exercise. I moved at a steady pace for 30 min.:D

I take 1 or 2 kids with me it never fails 1 has to pee
or their legs hurt lol so just me and my dog and 1 child lol!

Off topic alittle, but does anyone have oven cleaning tip? I am highly allergic to oven cleaner even the scentless one. But it has got to get done and I'm not having much luck. If you ahave advise it would be appreciated!!:confused:

On the oven cleaning I don't know what else to try other than crank it up as high as it will go and try to blister some of it off.
 
Pay somebody else to do it.

Works for me :)

Though i stopped using the oven unless its in a sealed container so it NEVER gets dirty. It saved me heaps of hassles.
My oven tray for roasts has a lid (which makes it by far more succulent food also), and i often use the electric frypan for most stuff including roasts also.
Now i rarely have to clean the oven other than the odd occasional wipe out.

Hey girl good luck on the oven cleaning! Sorry I havent been by but you look like your doing awsome! keep up the great work!
 
Hey Mechelle! We have a self cleaning oven. From what I can see - it follows HBs logic and just cranks it up as high as it will go from about 3 hours. But when it's done, we just dust out the ashes and call it a day. :D:D

I am doing good still. When it gets light I am hoping to get a walk in before the rain comes!:eek: We'll see. Anyway I'll be back in a while!!:D
 
:D I hope too!! So far so good. I am taking down my X-mas tree today. It is not letting me put away other stuff, so in storage it goes!!
 
I had 2 bowls of cereal this morning. Not good! But I would've done ok but some friends want us over for snacks tonight. I am not good at staying away from what I shouldn't have. So if I do extra exercise maybe that will cancel eating a tad too much!!:(
