Got to Curves this morning! I am really starting to feel energized when I exercise! For a while there it just made me tired. I'm glad to being feeling more energized. I have a better day now too!!:D

Hope you had a good work out at Curves! I have been on a shopping spree at Curves lately. I don't know if you've seen the new plate, the portion control plate with the freezable top....well I bought one, LOVE it. I got that and a protein shaker thingie...not the technical term, however. :) Then I went on ebay tonight and bought the Curves soup/cracker holder and the salad container with the space in the top to hold the dressing. AND I bought the new Curves bag and snack container from Avon. I sooo love it.

I'm back. Went to the wedding and I did really well. The wedding cake looked so good. I'll admit I didn't resist temptation! But it didn't taste good! LOL Serves me right for being tempted!! It was soo dry, you could've choked on it. Didn't count anything. But I had a low cal. breakfast burr., then bbq sand., small salad i split with my husband and son. 2 slices of pizza. Today 2 slices pizza, sand. and a sm. bowl of soup! So far no gain, but I know that is just luck. I blew it!! My son got sick in the motel and it wasn't such a great weekend. We were around his family, which is always kind of a strain on me. I try not to let it get to me, but several things were said that went all through me. Just for a min. or two. Then I shrugged it off. Not worth being miserable about. I think my husband enjoyed it and don't want to mess up time with the family, so I kept cool. It was ok , just not my favorite thing!!:rolleyes:
 
Ugh...In-laws. My MIL is enjoyable right where she is---1000 miles away from me. :)

I'm proud of you for not gaining during the adventure. Too bad about the inlaws, but the good thing is you don't have to deal with them everyday! *OHD passes BGS one of the beers HB passed along*

Hi Mechelle, hope your son is feeling better! And glad you had a safe trip. I think you handled the pizza pretty well, I never stop at 2 pieces :eek:...lol but back on the wagon tomorrrow right! Have a good one!
 
Thanks guys for all the support! Sometimes those weekends are very hard to get through. I've had worse though so I shouldn't complain! Today is already starting better. I only had a bowl of cereal. That's WW 5 pts. We have been working on an office in our shop and I've got to paint it all today! How many cals. do you think that'll burN? Trying to talk myself out of aerobics!! I'm doing a dang good job too! Painting all day is enough!!:D
 
Sure could've used some help! I am finished with the first coat. It took me 3 1/2 hours to finish and most of it was the cieling! I feel like I have been working or something!! Anyway I blew it! 4 pieces of supreme pizza WW 24 pts. Making a total of WW 29 pts today. i'm only supposed to have 22. I'm 7 over. I think I'll have a can of green beans for dinner. They are like a little less than a point for the whole can. I'm so tired anyway, if I didn't have kids to take care of I'd go to bed!!
 
wow, i dont have kids and it's hard enough to try to lose weight-I couldn't imagine what it would be like! but i give you props for doing so well! you are definitely an inspiration!
 
painting is a huge workout. The sites I went to listing your weight went from 200-317 per hour. So painting or walking a workout is a workout. :D
 
Painting is hard work!! And 3 1/2 hours of it - wow! I bet you'll sleep well tonight!!

And the pizza thing - hang in there & just make sure tomorrow is a better day, right? ;):D
