Down to 155!!!!

:cool: I got to go to Curves this morning. My daughter is better and in school! Poor little thing she gets headaches with any sickness! I'm doing good today. I made it today to a mini goal I had!:D To see 155 on the scale this morning was soooooooo exciting! But we are going to a wedding this weekend and I wanted to be 155 for it and I made it!!
 
Well I got in my 2 exercise (cardio) for today. I wanted to get in 3 yesterday, but I only got2! LOL I will get it done today! I am going to have a muffin for snack!

Yay Mechelle! How on earth do you get the energy for 3 workouts a day?:eek: Make sure you don't burn yourself out!

I'm trying not to but to tell the truth, I am worn out! I have to meet my goal though!:D I only get one tenth ann. I'm so proud that we made it this far! It's for him and for me!!
 
If you start dreading your exercise you need to change it up!! Whenever I get bored I tried something new for a while.

I went to Curves this morning. I really tried to work extra hard too! I can't wait to get below 150, that will be so amazing to me. Hopefullt will see that at the end of this month. We'll see. I'll keep trying really hard. you guys help me stay on track!!
 
Got some more exercise in. And also mowed the lawn. With a riding mower! LOL I mowed about 3 acres! Getting ready to start dinner. I counted all the WW points. Don't have a clue in cal. Don't want to mess with it either! Ok I am lazy..:eek: It's all this exercise, yip that's it!!!

Yea, I agree, excersize should be fun...lots of things are considered excersizing, playing tennis, soccer, swimming, ect.

Anyways, keep up the good work!
