I'm going to have to disagree with you. It be a very extreme case for someone to have loose skin when their bf% is in the single digits.
I think you should build slabs of muscle before you consider a cut. The handheld electronic devices are highly inaccurate, and the scale tells you more about your hydration levels than your bodyfat levels.
Even if you were at 11% do you really think dropping 2% is going to make a huge difference? I doubt it. I realize you want to get rid of the skin as fast as possible, but I'm sure that cutting won't be much help. The best way to do this is to build muscle under the skin. Your body could use development all over, and once you've achieved that, cutting will be much more rewarding.
And like I said earlier, eating the tendons and cartillaginous joints of animals might help with your colligen production.

Thank you everyone, your words are so encouraging. Especially because I have been struggling with this for so long (in the state I am right now, I'd STILL be embarrassed to go on the beach shirtless.) so I need to work on my confidence too.
The pictures were all taken after working out. I just wish my stomach always looked like that. When I wake up things look a little worse than the last picture I put up, but I guess that could be because I'm not hydrated yet?
