Begin on training at 18 years old but for a spine injury who make me a handicap person has been training for over 2 years now....

I assume you're eating in a surplus?
 
It's hard to tell where yo are at with such limited pics.

Much respect to you for having an injury and still trying to get in shape. Most people who are perfectly healthy don't even have the will and drive that you have.

Just out of curiosity, are you allowed to train your lower back with your spine injury?

I definitely see the size gained, how many inches did the arm increase?

My size on the arms are
Cold: 15.35
Flex: 16
