I never really introduced myself but...
Ive used the search forums and my word was too short.
Anyways...
I'm dying to lose some weight but motivation around here is,... not so good.
I was considering about buying a Wii and it helps you get off your arse. Games included are Boxing, bowling, baseball... the good 'ole calorie burners.
My question is...
How well if at all, can a Wii help lose weight?
I'm in no hurry.
I've read around and the "Wii sports exercise" I have heard about is somewhat impressive.
30mins for 6 straight weeks
Drinking Right
Watching and controlling what you eat.
In total he loss 9 pounds. Which, as how I look at it, is not bad.
Now I'm already drinking water and eating right.
All I'm missing is the Wii.
I have several hours a day to myself watching the young'ins. So, that 30mins maybe be an hour or more for me.
So, any thoughts, opinions, hard evidence?
