.... I also have decided to get Lyle McDonald's Rapid Fat Loss book, as per suggested by Steve. He said it was a hard diet to follow but I'm willing to try it out. I still have quite a lot of fat to lose and I'm willing to do what it takes. I want to just focus on maintaining for once, rather than losing. If I have to put my "Bulk"
dreams on hold, then so be it.

Good late morning everyone!
Last night was a relax night... went home and didn't feel like doing anything... I was exhausted for some reason... me and the hubs had taquitos with cheese and sour cream (not the best, I know) and watched t.v. for the rest of the night...
This morning, I have been pretty busy with work but alas, my Boss's Daughter from Texas is in for the next couple of weeks, so I know he will be busy with that. Yes!
Also, he is such an interesting character. Yesterday, he went and bought 25 little pheasant hatchlings to live at his house. He just wants them to roam around I guess.... granted, we had a lot of Client things to do but sometimes, his priorities are messed up.
On another personal side note, the hubs and I have therapy tonight and I'm interested to see what transpires then. We have come such a long way and I hope to keep moving forward in that general direction.
