Alrighty, where to begin.... Weeellll, I have been doing quite well since the last time I was on here.
I'm down to 158.5!! 
That is the lowest I have been in 4 years! It definately is an amazing feeling. My stomach is so much smaller, my legs and hips are smaller and to top it all off, I can fit into these Ambercrombie and Fitch jeans that I have been saving for awhile.... They are a size 12 but hey, I can't complain. (That is like, size 10 in the NORMAL world.)
Anywho, I have been dealing with my anxiety beautifully and let me just tell you, my life is so different than it used to be. I didn't know how much the anxiety was fueling my everday life. I also realized that it was causing me to overeat and crave the fattening foods when I was feeling extremely anxious. Within the first week of being on medication, my hunger dropped dramatically and I think not having as much stress and anxiety helped with me to focus and lose the weight and break out of my plateau. I also have been seeing this wonderful therapist who is helping me cope as well. What a savior she has been. My husband has gone with me 3 times and our relationship couldn't be better!
LIFE IS GOOD.
Well, so today, my food is looking like this:
Breakfast:
String cheese
Yogurt
Lunch:
Ham sandwhich on wheat with miracle whip and dijon mustard
string cheese
apple
1 cup of cucumbers
Dinner:
not sure yet, maybe whole wheat pasta spaghetti w/ mushrooms and tomato sauce... mmmmm...
My workout is this today:
20 min cardio on the elliptical
40 min of Back, Chest, Triceps, Biceps and Abs
Post Workout:
Protein Shake with 1% milk
Well, I am so happy to be back and I need to put some Before and In-Between pics up! I missed you guys and I can't wait to get to the 140's!!
