I'll tell you what... pushing on from 30 min of cardio to an hour at first was AWFULLY hard for me..... but now its easier.....
and hey... ive now hit two plateaus... only like 5 lbs from each other... it will break soon. as wierd as this sounds.... around my period i put on about 4 lbs. Then i seem to lose about 2-3 on top of those 4 directly after... keep that in mind!!!!
maybe you will too??? maybe im just a weirdo hehe

Yeah, well I actually have been, ahem, on a little period thing too. Maybe that's why. I'm going to switch to a pill to regulate it a little bit to see if that helps, I'll let you know! I hope that's what it is!!



It's amazing that I still have been able to lose the weight and try and refocus on the anxiety and stress. I have been seeing a therapist for a month and taking medication and things couldn't be better!
