Back... with a Vengeance!

Thanks everyone for the support! Heh.. Man do I need it right now.
I feel bad about not working out the 3 days, but that's what their schedule gave me. *shrugs*
And don't worry about the milkshake that I had! heh We really don't go out to get a dessert often at all. Maybe once every 3 months. Even when I was eating really bad, that's about how often we got anything.


Today's calories were ok.
Had a birthday party to go to. And I had a teeny bit of cake :p Cals total today though is about 1400-1700. So I did pretty darn well :) Big margin b/c I'm not positive on serving size, but know it's within that range.

I think I should measure myself every other week. I think if I did it every week and saw nothing change with that AND the scale not move, that would just put me on a real low ya know? heh

Soo yep, going grocery shopping tomorrow! Would've gone today, but it was pouring rain out most of the day. Plus hopefully going tomorrow will ensure that alot of the things I wanted last time are in stock this time :rolleyes:

I'm ready to start workin out tomorrow! I just hope the bf doesn't laugh at me too hard when I'm flailing around everywhere.. my hand might just flail right into his face *SMACK*.... :p hehe

lol-totally understand with the bf thing. mine is supportive, but wont work out with me! his version of loosing weight is not eating-which may work for him, but definitely has the opposite effect on me. good luck with the excersize hun, don't forget that excersize comes in many forms, you can start small then work up to a regular routine. that way it's not too intimidating. also, check out group excersize if you have a gym membership-those things make an hour go by quickly!
 
Well.. I did my weighin and it read 222, BUT I don't think it's right.
Isn't it strange that I should be happy but instead doubt the scale?
Last week it read that as well so... I dunno.. I just dont trust it. I'm gonna weigh myself after I exercise to see if it's changed any.

Also didn't sleep well last night... which really sucks!
I swear, it's like on my rest days when I don't have to sleep all that great. I sleep really well. Then on days when I do need the rest... all of a sudden my cat wants to sit at the door meowing & my body wants to stay wide awake for whatever reason when I'm trying to get to sleep.. grrrr :p lol

Well hopefully I'll get to bed earlier tonight since I should be more tired then.
 
Okedoke! So I did my exercises. Followed alot easier with the 20minute workout.. yay :D
Still have trouble with the last stuff that they do, but I'll get it :)
Also did my 30min treadmill walk which flew by thanks to my bf heh... even though he did bug me near then end wanting me to go faster and threatening to push the 10 button :p heh

All in all it was a great workout! I sweated like crazy too!

I also weighed myself after I worked out and it read 223... and weighed myself a few min ago and it read 222 :eek:
I'm gonna go with the 223 though which is just fine with me b/c that's another pound lost :)
 
Woohoo on the lb! And I have the same problem - when I absolutely hate to sleep well - I can't but if it doesn't matter then I'm up all night. So very annoying!
 
Welp... today was just decent with eating. Went out for chinese so most of my calories was during dinner and I didn't want to have any sort of snack later on b/c I was feeling guilty for dinner heh.

So cals today is about 1200-1600... not sure how much chinese was but it was probably alot.

Oh and we didn't go grocery shopping today :rolleyes: Blame that on the BF heh. Which is alright though b/c we can just do all of the shopping tomorrow including the Korean store (which are closed on Mondays here).

I'm gonna get me a bunch of high fiber stuff!! I really need to start off my day with a cereal with a ton of fiber in it. Also really want to get some coffee cream (the powder kind)... ever since I had that cup I've been wanting more heh.
Ooo and I'm gonna get me some fat free chocolate & vanilla pudding variety pack.
Bunch of cucumbers so I'll stop eating my kimchi.
Some yummy yogurt and mushrooms! Yay Mushrooms!! heh
I'm just gonna go crazy at the grocery store tomorrow :D

hahhaha i understand how u feel. supermarts are my fav hangout now. esp those that expats go to. all kinds of weird stuff there! mostly healthy tho...

mushrooms!!! do u know it's nice when u put cheese on top and melt it in the oven or toast?

i got kimchi the other day. it's fake. as in it's so damn processed! all i can taste is the sodium! urgh. i might need a trip down too to the real korean store.:p
 
I've never tryed just cheese on mushrooms. It's sounding kinda yummy right now heh. If I remember I'll have to see about that tomorrow! :D
 
Man, it's all about Jessica Alba's butt. I generally go with idolizing Shakira and Natalie Portman, 'cause they're both short like me. And I like to think that if I lost weight, I'd be like...the poor man's Natalie Portman. But that's just me. But it kinda sucks 'cause I haven't been skinny since I was super little, so I have no idea what my body's going to look like and that scares me. But it's all about having a nice butt.

Anyways, keep up the good work!
 
Jessica Alba has a cute butt as well... but I'd still rather have Jessica Biel's :p
If ya don't know who she is, she used to be on the crappy show 7th Heaven. And uhm... she was in the movie Blade 3.. and some other stuff I've never seen before.
But yeah..

I'm about to go get ready to exercise. BF tryed to unwittingly sabotage me already.
Asking if I wanted Chick-fil-A for lunch which I said no to (yay me! b/c damnit if their food isn't just yummy).....and wanting me to watch a movie with him saying I could exercise later today.
But I know if I didn't do the exercising now I wouldn't do it at all. I'd come up with some lame excuse.
He didn't mean anything by what he did though so all is forgiven! hehe
 
So.. did my exercises today.. sorta.
I did the 20minute workout. To my own surprise.. I am picking up the moves alot better now. I don't have it down completely but I am getting it :)

And I did the Ab Jam. I thought it had said Cardio Party, but that's tomorrow apparently.
That ab jam thing was ok.. until they got on the ground. It was like the first 10 minutes are standing up. Most of that was ok, but the floor stuff I just couldn't do.
We have the hardest wooden floors and even with my thick exercise mat... my butt still just digs into the ground and really starts to hurt.
Next time I'm gonna have to try it with a pillow under my butt or something.
So since I skipped the last 10minutes of the ab jam. I just did 20minutes on treadmill so I wouldn't feel completely guilty for skipping something :)

OOO also went grocery shopping finally! WOO! Got everything I wanted and can't wait to eat it up! hehe

Eh oh well.. I'm sure no one wants to see me chatting to myself anyway heh.

I wish I could get food from one of the korean restraunts here, but me and bf are too embarassed to order anything :p hehe
Instead of doing soemthing easy like putting a number by what you want so you can just order by number, they put it in korean (well spell it out in english) and expect you to order it that way! heh

Anywho.. just flipped through a korean cook book my brother and his wife got for me last christmas. Think i found what I wanted, but the cookbook is a bit on the fancy side. Like they put too much fancy crap in it and just complicate things.
BUT now that I have a name for it.. time to go google hunting! hehe
 
Oh I remember what I wanted to talk about now....

The state fair is in town and we're going on Sunday. Oh man... I'm gonna hold myself back SOME but I just know I'm gonna be eating some things that aren't good for me heh. Thank god the fair is only here for once a year and we only go once :p
I dunno if it's like this in other places, but they actually let people in during lunch JUST to eat. That's how Yum it all is.

I know we're going to hit up this one chinese place (if you couldn't tell by now, yes we loves us some chinese food hehe) that has just the absolutely BEST chicken on a stick EVER!! OMG it's SO yummy I'm making myself drool just thinking about it heh.
So that shouldn't be so bad considering that it is grilled chicken.
But I'm gonna want my fried mushrooms. And I'm gonna have to get me an elephant ear.

No candy apples, no cotton candy.....no corn dogs, no yummy soggy french fries.

That's all I'm having during the day with lots and lots of water *nodnod* I'm gonna so be paying for it next week heh. Like I said though, thank god it's only once a year :p

wow dat fair sounds so yummy too.... we dun hv that here but Hari Raya (muslim festival/new year) is round the corner so the place near my office has got big tents set up with hundreds of stalls! Clothes, decorations, FOOD in abundance! I'm stopping myself from going over there cos the food is too tempting and high in calories! Not that I am crazy over malay food but they are yummy if taken once in a while. Everyday will send my cholesterol level up the mountains, lol:p .

Anywho... Got done with my exercises today and man oh man.. that Cardio Party was freaking hard to follow! NM that it was 45minutes long :eek: I probably stood around for about 10minutes of it b/c I couldn't get the choreography. So I did about 20minutes on treadmill.
Was gonna go for a 30min treadmill walk, but started getting a really bad cramp in my side that didn't want to go away so I stopped early.

All in all though, it was a good workout :) What I could do made me sweat like crazy though :)
Hope next Tuesday when I have to do it again, there will be less standing around and more sweating!
 
u r wise to stop early when u feel any pain. hope u feel better today!

I did try to keep going at a slower pace & the cramp did subside some, but when it didn't go away completely I figured that I better stop before I make something worse.


Anywho... my eating today was pretty darn well all thanks to the yummy dinner I had!
I fixed my spicy seafood dish and man oh man was it gooooooood.
The entire bag of seafood was only 180calories.. so I gobbled it down like there was no tomorrow. Added alot of mushrooms, onions, green onion with some red pepper paste, a table spoon of red pepper, and a dash of low sodium soy sauce.
*droooools* It was sooooo good. Not as hot as I thought it was going to turn out, but still pretty spicy.
I wanted to put some zucchini in it but totally forgot about it grrr.

Oh well.. had some rice and some seaweed sheets and.. just YUM.
I'm gonna have to make me this again. Maybe with just octopus this time if I can find a bag of the big ones, not the small octopus.
The small bag of mixed seafood I got was cheaper than I thought only costing 3dollars.
But yeah.. I'm gonna have to stock up on it though since bf doesn't like going to the korean store for some reason.

So yeah... even though I did scarf down all of that and 2 bowls of rice... I've only had between 1100-1300 calories today :)

YAY Happy happy joy joy! hehe
