I dont know any poses or anything.. so i kinda just flexed :p

heres me before the doctors screwed my head back on.

Im pretty happy with my delts and arms.. i dont care that much about arms :p
but i need some more meat on my upper and middle back.. my traps.

still bulking :p ive always been bulking, i was super scrawny when i started out!
Anyone got some good exersices that i can throw into my routine just to get my upper back to grow some? I do rows ofcource.. but anything that has been good in your experience that i can throw inn at the end of a workout to just get some size.
 
they have, and its gonna be even nicer. just gotta get these braces of my foot first :p Hopefully the rehab wont be too long.
 
oh.. hmm.. last time i weighed myself in the morning i was about 83 kilos, its some time ago now though, but i dont think im much higher.
 
agreed, looking good but beef up the traps. i know you don't care about arms, but you should really work on them too since you wont look very proportional without. gl man
 
Some people can get away without doing a lot of accessory work isolating arms and tris. Their arms keep pace with the rest of their body simply using compound movements. Thank the Lord I am one of them!

Other need to add in the isolations, just don't over do it.
 
Personally i dont see much change. It also seems the "now" images were taken further away than the before.. so the before shots are more upclose. Should i try to get some shots now that are more upclose than theones i have, will that make it easier to judge?
Keep in mind my legs are hurt, so no heavy DLs or Cleans or anything like that.

If anything i think i could have lost some muscle. But then again, i cant remember if the last pics were taken after i had worked out at home (done some pullups and stuff), in which case, i would have had a pump..

Yeah, try and take pics from the same angle, focus, etc.. That way you can even see the little differences.

Your back it looking pretty good though, any full frontals? lol

i took some frontals too, i can post them up here later :) thought they dont look that good, its weird, when i saw the pics, i looked way different than i do in the mirror :p
