so i hurt my back about month and a half ago. around the lower back area. i hurt my back doing deadlifts with improper form. i rested for around 3 days using heating and ibuprofern and it went away. Then i was pain free for 3 weeks until i tried deadlifts again and reinjured my back though doin them with proper from and with light weight. Now i had slight pain compared to the major pain the first time. pain for the last two weeks and continued training. now its not a bad pain its just annoying sometimes. its on the lower back and in the middle back right about where the ribs start. ive been resting the last couple days and am feeling better. doing alot of heating and elevation while resting. my dad told me to take two weeks off and if the pain goes away then should i start weightlifting just without deadlifts. because it sems to be the only exercise to bother my back. Because after the first time i injured it went away i was doing other exercises without pain coming back.
