hey everyone,

i've decided to start this up again. i tried to do one of these this summer, but i got distracted with work and stuff, and i kind of forgot about it...:cuss:

now that it's the new year, i wanted to start this up. (i know. typical...) but really. within the past two weeks i've gone from 128 to 126 to 128. as soon as i lost 2 pounds, new years eve hit, then the snacks and the fatty foods etc. but i need to get back to 126 and down to 120 within the next month. 8 lbs in 1 month...i think i can do it.:coolgleamA:

i also want to lose at least 4 inches around my waist.

here's my plan:
-comcast on demand workouts for 40-60 min/day at least 5 days/wk.
-8 hours of sleep a day
-at least 20 crunches, 20 pushups, and 20 jumping jacks in the morning and/or before bed every day
-eat healthier!! (more fruits and vegetables) 1300 cals/day max
-more water

okay i'll post as often as possible, maybe it'll get my mind off of being hungry?

so far today i've had:

1. yogurt - 90 cals
2. tortilla, turkey, spinach, cheese, mayo - 400 cals

i'll be back later to update what else i've eaten and my exercise :D

okay, so i kind of fell asleep before writing...off to a bad start already...i know

but anyway i've been pretty good with exercising, i've been getting 30 mins a day at least. i just have to work on my late night snacking. it's a bad habit of mine that i need to stop. aside from that i've been eating pretty well. trying to stay under 1300...(i'm usually around 1200-1250 before my late night snack :( :( )

anyways i might be going out to eat tonight, so i guess it's test time! see if i can eat healthy on the go!

okay so today:

morning/daily workout: 20 minutes "Incredible Abs" workout, 15 minutes tae bo workout

breakfast: 1 egg w/ black pepper
snack: 1 orange
snack: jello pudding
lunch: m&ms, trail mix
dinner: pasta w/ meat sauce (ground turkey and marinara sauce)
dessert: 2/3 cup ice cream
drinks: lemon tea, sunny delight (i might have some later)

random workout: 15 minutes of standing abs (which was actually cardio...)

after writing it all down, i think i did better than usual today :) i knew that i was going to have a heavy dinner, so i lightened up on the earlier meals. overall i think i was around 1200-1300 calories today. i also got about 50 minutes combined of exercising in. i'm going to try and keep it up, so i can start losing these pounds.

now i just have to work on the late night snacking...
