hey everyone,
i've decided to start this up again. i tried to do one of these this summer, but i got distracted with work and stuff, and i kind of forgot about it...
now that it's the new year, i wanted to start this up. (i know. typical...) but really. within the past two weeks i've gone from 128 to 126 to 128. as soon as i lost 2 pounds, new years eve hit, then the snacks and the fatty foods etc. but i need to get back to 126 and down to 120 within the next month. 8 lbs in 1 month...i think i can do it.
i also want to lose at least 4 inches around my waist.
here's my plan:
-comcast on demand workouts for 40-60 min/day at least 5 days/wk.
-8 hours of sleep a day
-at least 20 crunches, 20 pushups, and 20 jumping jacks in the morning and/or before bed every day
-eat healthier!! (more fruits and vegetables) 1300 cals/day max
-more water
okay i'll post as often as possible, maybe it'll get my mind off of being hungry?
so far today i've had:
1. yogurt - 90 cals
2. tortilla, turkey, spinach, cheese, mayo - 400 cals
i'll be back later to update what else i've eaten and my exercise
