I bought a weigh-scale for my kitchen, no more sneaking in extra helpings of meat and claiming ignorance lol.
I'm disappointed in myself
. Cant seem to muster up the energy nor motivation to get my butt down on the floor and do these situps and pushups. My plan was to do cardio the 1st month, increase cardio and do the pushups and situps for the 2nd month and then start weight training the 3rd month. The 1st month went well. Totally dropped the ball this second month. I think I'll make the rest of this month a continuation of month 1, do the push-ups and sit-ups as much as possible but really push myself next month. Hmmm, that sounds like a plan.
