Crazy about the mayo too... I love it, I have it with all my sandwiches. I'm going to try to take it out of my diet this week, see if it makes a difference.

Oh me too, im sure it will make a difference to eliminate it from your diet for a while, even if you just have it once a week would probably make a difference, ive cut it down to once a week, im not giving up that one day lol
Another thing i didnt realise had loads of saturated fat in it - frickin egg yolk!? Jeeso! so cutting back on them aswell now, at this rate theres going to be very little i CAN eat haha im sure ill find a way!
diet today has been good, had fruit n fibre for breakfast, lunch was a baked chicken breast, lettuce and light mayo wholewheat sandwich dinner was vegetarian sausage, small amount of potatoes and some peas, as snacks were a banana and a digestive.
so far so good! today was my mayo day but thats it for the week. SAD TIMES!! Weight loss however - GOOD TIMES!!!
Todays update is with some positive happy news - I weighed myself on Sunday, i didnt loose anything, i weighed myself today (wednesday) and ive lost 3lbs!!! Majorly happy!!! I also did a wee 200 calorie workout while i was there
So happy with my progress so far, i was so motivated i went and did 20 mins of boxing last night on my punch bag lol doesnt sound like much but i was KNACKERED when i was finished haha

Well done on the weight loss!! i admire you for getting back on the horse after your previous attempt to get healthy. I'm 5'7 too and carry my weight well, you sound like your doing a fab time with those EA exercises. Keep it up girl, we all know you can do thisxoxoxox
