Cardio is fine for me, but I tend to feel the full effects of anything weight bearing for a day or so afterwards.

Well today was a good day again!
Wee bit shaky and whatnot after the exercise but my body will not be long adjusting to exercising moreeven though im shaky i feel great, seriously, this weight loss malarky is suiting me!
All i need to sort out is my hypoglycemia, its causing me to snack unhealthily when i genuinely dont want to. This upcoming weekend my aim is to sort out the next weeks snacks & meals. Something high in protein, low in fat & Sugar. Any ideas?
