Been trying to diet an exercise more regularly and it's kinda been working. Things mostly started to kick off since I joined the YMCA mid February. So I basically gained all my weight back and then some, which is about... 20-25 lbs since exactly one year ago. I felt pretty ashamed but I've been working at it and I'm down to 187.4 as of this morning. I've actually been at a bit of a standstill on the scale for the past week and a half, mostly because of Lady Time I assume, so I kinda relaxed on the diet and ate a few more calories and it finally started to go back down again this morning. I know they say that muscle weighs more than fat, but I just want the scale to keep going down lol. I do feel like I have a little bit of muscle though.
anyways, my goal for march is to get to 180, which is 7.4 lbs from now.
