mmm graham crackers! good snack! your day sounds good. i always count calories bc if i dont, i underestmiate everything.
running=life, i agree. and i do the same thing! i listen to like 3 songs that are my top favorite at the time and i also try to think of something while i run. like i plan my grocery list, or what i want to wear later or something so that my mind is taken off of the running.
its okay about having a rough couple of days. to be honest, today i went over my carb intake goal, so i guess if i want to be really strict, i wont be getting that DVD on friday. plus, i'm not anywhere near 132 lbs. i'm more like 133.5 right now and no way 1.5 pounds is coming off in 2 days lol. we'll get through this though! i'm here for ya buddy!
