8 November: 56.5kg - Did not meet deadline - Weight: 57.1kg
15 November: 56.0kg - Still possible?
22 November: 55.5kg
29 November: 55.0kg
7 December: 54.5kg
14 December: 54.0kg (GOAL!!)

15 December 2007 - Develop Maintenance Plan

FOOD PLAN:

3 Meals per day + 1 Snack
Eat LOTS MORE veggies
Eat MORE fish
Eat more lean meat
Eat less carbs
Eat LESS sugar!

EXERCISE PLAN:

40-60 Minutes exercise EVERY DAY!
Before I get the all clear to start heavy exercise again, I will do a 40-60 minute walk every day.
Resistance Training 3 times a week

Im going to stop being lazy and I am going to lose this weight!

I HAVE to be 56.5kg this Thursday!

It's Melbourne Cup Day today! Im in the sweep at work hehe. It would be nice to win haha!

Feeling ever so fat. For dinner last night I had 1 and a 1/2 cups of mixed vegies (corn, potato, peas, tomato) that was fried. THEN 2 pieces of dark chocolate and a bowl of chippies. Not good!!

Im thinking of trying vegetable juice, its only 33 calories per serve, and thats equal to 3 servings of vegetables a day! I have a little carton at home, might give it a go tonight. Will probably taste like ass :(
I also have to post some ebay items grrrr... Hopefully will do that after work!

Two days until my weigh in... im having doubts on whether I can get to it, I just have to focus!

Update:

Just got back from the doc, going to get blood tests to test for Anemia or a Thyroid Condition. Eek I hate blood tests!

Had lunch, god I LOVE toasted sandwiches, weird huh?
 
Eugh me too I hate tests and needles!

Im actually kinda hoping its Anemia, that means no more tests! Ive had all these stupid tests over the past few weeks and I just want to know whats wrong! And with anemia you just take some tablets and its done, i'll be kicking myself if its psychological though lol.

Im having a tiny portion of leftover butter chicken, was too hungry! About 3/4 of a cup of rice and a bit of chicken.

Im very bored at work :(

Its not looking good
I was 57.3kg last night, but I suppose that was on a full stomach at the end of the day.

Last night I didnt really eat a proper dinner. I went over to my boyfriends and they had already had dinner, and I didnt want them to go out of the way to get me something. We watched Summer Heights High (TV Series), and then the movie Blades of Glory - was pretty funny, although American comedy isnt really my thing.

So I have been recording my food, so i'll earn those bonus points!
I have only done 40 Minutes exercise this week :(
So I'll have to get that up
I think I can definatly lose 7.5lbs by the 22 December!

I feel so incredibly fat. I've put on 2.5lbs.. and I KNOW it's because I have stopped exercising. I know I should get up and go for a walk, I just have NO motivation whatsoever.

My clothes are feeling tighter too, this is so damn frustrating!

On a lighter note, im planning a day trip to Melbourne in December to do Christmas shopping! I have NO idea what to get my boyfriend! He has like... EVERYTHING! I was thinking of getting him an acoustic guitar over in Melbourne, but thats pretty expensive at like $600!

I think I'll go have brekky now lol.

Like.. I am not even hungry and I keep eating those lollies! Im so pathetic. Although I haven't been binging at night which is good, I have been eating my dinner then maybe a little snack before I go to bed.

We have a tradition in my family where we go look at all the Christmas lights on houses, then 'look for santas sleigh', yeah kinda gay but it was cool when we were little!
I love putting the tree up, wrapping presents, going to Myers where they have all there gorgeous decorations.
Christmas Eve I go to my boyfriends nans house and have dinner there, and they give all there presents on Christmas Eve, so its kinda cool.

I got my test results back

Negative for EVERYTHING, except I was a bit too high in iron. That could be because I skip my period on the pill.. not sure. Made ANOTHER appointment, kinda getting sick of this.

I will be very pissed off if it turns out to be something psychological.

I decided to walk to work this morning, usually takes 45-50 minutes to walk in. But then started to rain 5 minutes in, so my dad picked me up and took me to work. I was... 50 minutes early for work so I went to Hudsons and got a hot chocolate. Im really scared of those coffee places so I didn't ask for no fat milk lol. Oh well... I have a hot chocolate once in a blue moon.

WHAT'S ON TODAY:

9:00am - MUST DO HARD WORK!!!
9:50am - Go to doc's appointment

I went swimming last night! It was the nicest day and it was a great way to cool off. I did 20 x 25m laps... not too great, only 500m, but its a start.
Then I had a steam - which helps my breathing. Was quite fun!
Then I read the last couple of chapters of Deathly Hallows (2nd time)... i Love that book.
