Austin Is Getting Ready For Summer!

UPDATE:

It's 11:30 and I have had lunch (toasted sandwich) and I am already STAAAAAAAAAAARVING!

I wasn't planning on having lunch until 2pm, but I got back from my appointment and was just starving.

I think I am just going to ignore it, have my snack at 1pm instead, and hopefully get by on tea and coffee lol.

My pledge: NO SWEETS FOR TODAY!
 
Every day at school when I have about 2 hours left my stomach feels like it's just going to eat itself for food. I hate it! I bring those Lipton green tea drinks and try to drink as much as I can while trying to avoid the grumbling in my stomach.

Stay strong!!!!

Oh yeah, and I use a victoria secret model as my "inspiration picture" too!

Why can't I be as hot as her!
 
HOW DID I DO TODAY?

Food: Everything was great UNTIL dinner - Asian take away... grrr
Exercise: None :( I walked around A LOT though
Mood: Was pretty crappy at work, was so bored, someone who started later at work than me got a promotion. But got better in the afternoon, me and a friend had dinner, she dyed my hair!

Breakfast: Oats with Honey
Lunch: Toasted Cheese Sandwich w/ Chutney
Dinner: Going out for dinner tonight
Snacks: Carrot Sticks with Hommus, Cruskits and Tuna

I have realised that, everyone on here eats sooooooo little! Like people are eating like 1000-1200 calories a day, and only like a salad for lunch. And they dont binge! Thats crazy. I think people are telling fibs, and thats kinda sad.

I NEED food, I am 19 years old and need energy.

Going out to dinner tonight! Im going to one of the TOP TEN restaurants in AUSTRALIA, shit. Its going to be soooo expensive, hopefully work are paying hehe.

I'm having such a shitty day at work.
This is whats going on...

- I start work here as an assistant in media 8 months ago
- Receptionist gets hired 2 months ago - no experience in media
- Receptionist JUST got a promotion to a position MUCH higher than me
- Receptionist is a dumbass and I hate her
- Im very pissed off cause it should have been my job. They could have trained me up for the position, whats so special about her? I have worked my ass off here for the past 8 months, I am getting paid a measly $20,000 a year full time on an award that does not describe what I do at all.
- The only conclusion I can draw from this is AGE. I am 19 and she is 23, they obviously wanted someone more mature?
- You can't discriminate on age.
- I might start looking for a new career
- There are only 3 positions for a media planner here, and looks like they'll all be taken for a long time now
- That means going interstate for University
- *groans*

im sulking...
Also I put my vest on inside out this morning and an intern told me

Dinner last night was SOOOO GOOD! This is what I had:

Amuse: Abalone with a chilli dressing (this thing was TINY!!!)
Main: Marrawah Beef with Creamy Potato, with beans and carros (weeny serving, but so fillin)
Dessert: Turkish Meringue with butterscotch ice cream, fresh rasperries and caramel sauce

SOOOO GOOOOD!
And work paid lol, thats why I had 3 courses.
I dont even care how many calories, it was the best food I have ever had in my life.

TODAY:
Breakfast: Slice of Raisin Toast
Lunch: 2 Omelete Sushi Rolls
Dinner: TBA
Snacks: 2 Wrapped Lollies, 3 Carrots w/ Hommus

Total Cal: 880 + Dinner

Exercise:
Gym - Resistance Training
20 Minutes Elliptical

SUSHI WAS SOOOOO GOOOD!

But I did have 5 soy sauce fishies hehe.

Just shopping round on ebay... I bought a Lancome Brush Set (foundation brush, blush brush, smudger brush, powder brush, lip brush) for $50 and I got a dress for $1.35! But the cow wont write back to me cause I want express post lol.

$1.35 dress! Bargain!

I have to find something to wear to the work Xmas party...
 
NEW EXERCISE PLAN:
Helping my butt AND the environment

The Plan:
I will cycle every day to and from work. Some days I just wont be able to, because I might have to bring stuff to work.
If I dont get to cycle to and from work, I will go to the gym or go for a walk. Its just i want to do exercise that has a PURPOSE. I dont like wasting time, I am a very organised, structured person lol.

On the weekends I will also do fun exercise. Like going and surfing at the beach, or playing soccer with my little brother at the park. If its fun I will do it!

Monday:
Cycle to Work: 20 Minutes
Cycle Home: 30 Minutes
RESISTANCE TRAINING - Arms, Legs, Abs, Chest, Shoulders

Tuesday:
Cycle to Work: 20 Minutes
Cycle Home: 30 Minutes

Wednesday:
Cycle to Work: 20 Minutes
Cycle Home: 30 Minutes
RESISTANCE TRAINING - Arms, Legs, Abs, Chest, Shoulders

Thursday:
Cycle to Work: 20 Minutes

It's so nice and sunny today! I think im going to grab my book and read it in the park at lunch! I was 57.3kg this morning. Hopefully by next weigh in I will be 56.5, maybe with all the bike riding.

I have been this weight for sooo long, I am really getting sick of it. It's not like I have plateud though, because I know WHY I havent been losing weight. Its because I havent been exercising, and I have been eating too much crap. The past couple of weeks have been OK with the eating, I just have to get back into the exercise! Im ringing up about my bike today, and im going into town to get a helmet! Might go for a bit of a ride tomorrow... I should probably get a bike chain as well.

Im still aiming to be at my goal weight by Christmas though! Just gotta get back into the exercising!

Man, I wish I was able to walk to and from work, that would make exercise much easier for me. It's too far though.... So I try to make due with the gym.

I was reading earlier in your diary and I definitely don't think you have cankles! One of my best friends has serious cankles, so I know what they look like. You have nothing even close, I promise.

Its great that works so close! Well.. I live in the suburbs and I work in the city, but my town is tiny!

Cant WAIT to start bike riding again. Its only going to cost $25 to get my gears fixed, and in the same day. woooo :hurray:
I just pray cars dont run me over...

1. Have a look in Myer... I shouldnt buy anything for myself so close to Christmas though! Might have a look at a few books as pressies.

Saturday:
1. Go get my bike fixed
2. Find my helmet, if I cant find it buy new helmet

Do you live on the coast Kristi?

The beaches close to where I live suck, so on Sunday some friends and i are driving up the east coast to this awesome beach about an hour away. Its so pretty and has the BEST waves!

It's 78 Degrees today (26 degrees celsius), so just really nice and sunny. Wish I wasn't working!

Tomorrow will be Day 1 of my new exercise regime! I really really want to lose this weight...

OK WEEKEND UPDATE:

Saturday:
Seriously cant remember what I ate... I know I had subway for lunch...
I watched Degrassi the whole night - a whole season!

Sunday:
My Mums Birthday
Breakfast: Small bowl of Cheerios
Lunch: Sausage in Bread
Dinner: KFC Wing, Some Chippies, Crispy Strip, 10 Pieces Popcorn Chicken
Snacks: Mango, some lollies

So not a good weekend for eating lol.

On Sunday me and a friend went to the local pool. WAS SO MUCH FUN! We rode our bikes for about 20 minutes too. Was so hot and sunny! Got a little burnt but now has turned brown yessssssssssssss. Then later on went on a 25 minute walk.

Pheeeww! It was already 24 degrees celsius when I rode in this morning, was so hot! Was a little harder than I thought it would be, there were a few unexpected hills, and my butt hurt. Its going to be a tougher ride home because I am going UP HILL most of the way grrrr.. :ack2:

I got home LATE from the boyfriends this morning. We had an argument, I looked at his phone and he HATES that. He goes on how he needs his privacy and stuff. But i completly trust my boyfriend, I know he'd never cheat on me - but then why cant I see his phone? My take on it is he has something to hide. I blame his parents though, they're all secretive with one another. I dont like that, I believe you should be open in a relationship - create trust. I let him look at my phone!

But i'm over it now, thats his opinion, he is entitled to one just like me. I have this RANK ulcer and it really hurts! ouchies.

Riding into work was fun this morning, it only took me 20 minutes which was good.

Weigh in on Thursday!!!
