It probably has to do with my athsma or something, im not too stressed about it.

Apparantly kangaroo meat isn't too bad!!! Its supposed to be a little tough but ill down it in BBQ sauce anyway haha.
 
Cool! I will have to search here to see if i can find it somewhere, we do have loads of international shops here! but most of them are polish Lol! i will have a look around none the less!

Can not concentrate, might mention that to my doctor today.
Seriously think I have ADD, but no one will take me seriously enough to think that I have it. I am almost SURE I had it as a child, my brother has it its just im not that aggressive. I could never pay attention as a child and was a little shit! Im still a little shit! :reddevil:

The panic attacks actually correspond with adult ADD, as does my social anxiety. But then again it could be MANY other things, I just want it sorted out.

WEARING: Floral Chifonny (Light material) layered skirt, black 70 denier stockings, brown pointy flats, grey v neck jumper, white shirt with peter pan collar, hair = curly!

Exercise Update:
I think I am going to try and do some squats, I really wanna tone up my ass ahhah :sifone:

Like usual, the doctor did not take me seriously and gave me a pamphlet on anxiety. How's that going to help me when I get an attack!!! He mentioned giving me some drugs to help me sleep, but that won't fix the problem.

I tried to get some cash out at target and I kept putting the wrong pin in, so it locked the card! Sometimes my stupidity amazes me! The point? I couldn't get lunch! So at around 4pm I stopped in at subway and got a wrap! Was yummy and they are actually really low cal. The honey mustard sauce also is not that bad for you!

Im going home soon yay! Going off to the gym tonight, wow that means I would have done a lot of exercise today. 5.5km walk to work, 3km walk to and from uni, 30 Minutes X Trainer, 30 Minutes Treadmill. This better pay off! I've been SO GOOD these past two days! I KNOW only two days but two days without eating junk is really good for me!

Hi, sorry to hear your doctor is being complacent. You should get a second opinion, or get your bf to talk to the doctor, then the doc should take it more seriously.

Well done on the junk food abstinence! I've noticed such a big difference in my health since I stopped eating junk food. Last weekend I ate some junk food and my asthma came back!

Mm.. I think i will have to get a second opinion. A couple of months ago my doctor mentioned cognitive behavioral therapy and I think it could really help me, but he never spoke about it again... maybe they just think im bullshitting.

The problem is private health care is so expensive here, so I go to a government funded doctor and they dont seem to listen, and forking out $60 each time I go to the doctor isn't really an option (I get half back but it still adds up)

Thanks! I was really proud of myself today! Cause i exercised SOOOOO much I treated myself to a yogo, it was delicous!!! The Le Rice in the fridge are calling me right now... but I think i'll save it for tomorrow!!!

i can totally relate to that if you asked my teachers at school they would say the same thing i didnt really grow out of being a little shit until i was 11 and moving up to secondary school but i still was cheeky on occassion ;)

Sorry to hear that you doc didnt take you seriously can you get another opinon from another doctor? sometimes it helps going to another doctor as when i was little i had astema and my usual doctor didnt diagnose it but we got a second opinon and he sent me for chest x-rays and found the problem!

Probably PMS though, which could be why my weight just majorly spiked? Im on the pill and when I skip it (i have done 3 times before I get it) then my body seems to hold a lot of water.

It just seems that whatever I do it doesn't help! I did SOOOO much exercise yesterday, yet I just can't seem to lose any weight.

One of my friends got down to her goal weight of 53kg and it's just making me feel worse :(

I have "Australia's Biggest Morning Tea" in 15 minutes, im only going to have a tiny slice of cake though, the PMS is also making me feel kinda ill...

OK. STILL NOT HUNGRY.
I had two small pieces of cake for morning tea and it is 3:15pm and I still feel full!

I just went to lunch and bought a pair of work pants and a shirt from target (AU8, US4) but I still don't feel small... I still feel big. Got them at 20% off so i'm happy.

I am going to a gym tomorrow to get a body composition test done, and talk about nutrition and exercise. So they will do a skin fold test to determine my body fat percentage, and see what I should be eating and doing for exercise. So that should be good!

My boyfriend has a personal training session so I get to go to the gym tonight! Yay! Im thinking of doing 30 minutes on the Xtrainer and then 20 Minutes HIIT. Haven't done any running for a while so that should be good.

Last night was fun, me and the boy made mini pizzas! I had two, they were so yummy we put light sour cream on them, rocket and then smoked salmon and some parmesan cheese! Sooo yummy! Then I had this little ice cream that's covered in chocolate, not that bad for you only 100 calories.

We went to McDonalds later but I only had a diet coke! He had a large mint thickshake and McDippers! Stupid man who wants to put on weight!!!

I just didnt want to have this massive serving of pasta sitting in my gut while I was weighed and measured.. I know thats dumb but I know my true weight is in the morning before I have eaten anything.

Some people claim that there is no such thing as ADD.

I believe it is heavily overdiagnosed, lots of parents just want the pills to control their children - but children are SUPPOSED to be rowdy and shitty.

But I believe my brother is an exception to that, he is and was practically out of control, one of those kids you see on current affair programs lol!

I believe my lack of concentration is just a part of my character, which is probably the case for lots of people? Do you agree?
 
You could try some meditation to help you concentrate. Just simple exercises where you try to block out all thoughts and feelings and take notice of your breathing. The concentration required is difficult, but it spills over into the rest of your life.

Also, I find that when I'm concentrating on weight loss, the other areas of my life don't get as much attention, so that could be what's happening!?

Did you end up getting your body fat composition done? Good news?

Yeah I did just then!
My body fat is at 22%, so 2% higher than what my scales say at home.

We talked through how I would go about reducing that too which was good.

AND he advised I do fasted cardio, and that I wouldnt be losing muscle. This is a relief.

Why I Have A Problem?
1. I am good ALL THROUGH the day, but when I get home I find an excuse to eat, even though I am full.
I spoke to a nutrition specialist at a gym today, where we did a skin fold test to determine my body fat percentage, and he told me that I have to REPLACE eating those extra foods with something constructive so it keeps my mind of it.

How Do I Fix This?
Find a hobby! Find something to occupy my time with! I will work on this tonight.

It's that easy, he never tempts me it's always me that comes up with the ideas.
Make sure we make healthy food decisions, and if we have to do take aways make sure it's the healthiest choice.
