It is 4:45pm and I am just about to leave to go to Uni, well in about 20 minutes.
I think I have done well today, I probably could have eaten better for lunch; 2 Minute Noodles are NOT healthy! It's just hard when you don't shop for yourself and you get paid per month and it's the day before pay day!
Im just trying to save some money!

I can't wait to get my hair done on Friday! Woo!!! I am taking in a photo so I can get it EXACTLY right, I hate it when it turns out bad and not how I wanted it!

Not sure what to have for dinner, hopefully mum has something leftover for me. If not... I might have some mac and cheese or something, just a small serving thats around 300 calories. I need Vegetables!!!!!!! Grrr! Hopefully she has made vegies!

oh seeing as you have coffee of a morning i thought this might interest you a person on the craving page told me coffee with some hot chocolate in it is lovely, i havent actually tried it yet but i thought that you might like to have a go!

Hot chocolate in it? That could be yummy.. we do have some hot chocolate here. I like having hot chocolate when I need a choc fix!

They have heaps of accessories and bags too that are quite nice.. you'll be fitting into those clothes soon no problem!

Instead of having bacon and eggs on toast for brekky (YUM!) I had a cup of crunchy nut and some milk. My brother was taking FOREVER in the shower so I didn't have time to cook them! (cause I wanted to weigh myself and without my brekky in my tummy)

I am back down to 57.1!!!!!! woooo!!!!!!!!!!!
And I did REALLY well last night I came home and had my dinner (only 1/2 of it cause it was a big serving) and that's it! hehe!

I want to lose this weight so badly.
1. I have so many clothes that don't fit me, that I would LOVE to wear, so that is motivation.
2. I can just think how good my legs are going to look in skinny leg jeans!
3. I am hoping my ankles will slim a bit when i get down to goal.

I get paid tomorrow!!!!! Yay! It's a big deal cause I only get paid per month (stupid advertising industry) so wooo!
I will post pics of my new hair when I get it done!

Wow... what a busy day.
It is around 4pm, I just need to take a breather!
SUCH a busy day!
So busy in fact that I did not get around to eating much :(
1/2 a salad sandwich that was provided in a meeting and a curly wurly bar (15g chocolate bar).

Im going to have a yummy nutritous dinner then off to the gym for some hard cardio!

Me and the boyfriend went grocery shopping last night, because his parents are going away for the week and we had to buy food for 6 meals! We got some really tasty stuff, so im going to outline the meals below

Meal #1
Salmon Fillets w/ Brown Rice & Broccolli

Meal #2
Skinless Chicken Fillets Baked in Tomatoes, Chilli, Spices & Peaches
Brown Rice

Meal #3
Grilled Kangaroo Meat w/ Vegetables & Potato Mash

Meal #4
Large Potato filled with Baked Beans, Cheese & Sour Cream

Meal #5
Grilled Garlic & Parmesan FIsh w/ Brown Rice and Vegetables

Meal #6
Salmon, Rocket, Parmesan and Sour Cream Pizza on Pita Bread

We've made all of them before EXCEPT for the Kangaroo Meat, so that should be intersting. It is really high in protein and iron though, and very low in fat. A 150g serving has 35g of protein, 2g fat and only 155 Calories. I will probably be dousing mine in wosterchire sauce though lol...

Woke up this morning feeling like absolute crap, weighed in at 58.1kg and just feeling fat :(
I'm also getting pretty bad panic attacks, got a really bad one last night, was just lying there practically paralysed sweating whilst my boyfriend tried to calm me down. They are getting REALLY scary and really freaky, im going to go to the doctor soon about it.
I might also tell my doctor I have gained 4kg in about 2 months... maybe its all somehow related?

I have decided I HAVE to do something about my weight gain, I will only be consuming a small portion of muesli each morning (1/2 Cup) with two heaped tablespoons of low fat vanilla yoghurt.

Then NO SNACKS until lunch, which is usually from 12-2pm. And this will be SMALL, only a small amount until I am full. I actually dont have to eat much to be full, its just I love food so much that I keep going :(
Then at around 3:30-5:30pm I will have a small snack, like an energy bar or an apple or a yoghurt, then come home and have a SMALL dinner.
