Hey guys.
I had a buddy tell me that a good way to burn off excess cals was to take a couple of aspirin and chase it w/ Diet Mountain Dew. He says the aspirin will thin your blood while the Mt. Dew will give you an energy boost, encourage metabolism, and enable you to work out longer kind of like a Ripped Fuel lite.
It sounds good in theory, but is this realistic? I just started back hard this morning and want to shape up and trim down prior to an early-April get away.
Thoughts?
Also.....I've never used Ripped Fuel and have read and gotten mixed reports from friends about its effects. Wanting to stay away from ephed and things of that nature, I'm a bit hesitant though I hear the new formula is ephed-free. Is this true? What have your experiences been using it?
I'm also looking for an ephed-free appetite suppresant. Does such a thing exist?
Sorry for all the questions! New year and time for a new body and I'm anxious to get it!
Thanks!!!
