If that wasnt, the lunch was actually tiny. 2 packets of oatmeal, with maybe 7 pieces of brocolli and just about 6 pieces of sliced chicken. I didn't have time to make any decent lunch so I just ate that :/.
Im glad to hear your staying on track. I have the same problom sometimes, too tired to go the extra step or not enough time. Lolli will be posting recipies soon which should be great, fast and easy.
I can feel I'm losing it on a consistent basis, but its not going fast enough for my liking. This is a healthy pace, however. But I'm itching to finally feel looking good to the public...its just such a long wait.
So busy lately!
Breakfast - packet of oatmeal
Lunch - pb and j sandwich
Snack - another pb and j sandwich (bad!)
Dinner - salad with ranch dressing
Wasn't too happy, I'll make it up during the rest of the week.

Kinyo - just remember - weight lost too quickly comes back.
You KNOW you don't want to do this all over again - right?
Better to take your time, let the weight come off slow and healthfully and in the process you're learning how to maintain that weight lost.

Are you counting the calories? This really doesn't seem that bad.
a PB sandwich when made with Jif full fat pb 2 tbs is only 295 cals, that's 195 pb and 100 bread (but then you have to add your jelly).
I couldn't imagine that oatmeal being that bad either.
I was disappointed by my weekly weigh in for the Feb 2 lb challenge. I was up .5 lbs from Last Thursday! But, I didn't gain the weight overnight either.
