Ascendency

To start off a brand new spanking week!

Breakfast - 6 egg whites with the same little light mayo and hot paste sauce

Lunch - Grilled piece of chicken over a cup of wheat pasta and a nice portion of peas and carrots, with a cucumber salad with an oil/vinegar dressing.

Late snack - Grilled chicken with 2 slices of whole wheat bread.

Skipped dinner because the snack was eaten close towards dinner time

Drank HEAPS of water ;)

Hehe, don't be jealous! I'm sure you'll do well on your weigh in.

It feels so good to be finally back on this again. I'm definately noticing some body changes. (The skin on my thighs creep my out!)
 
Ok, had a lil cheat day today ;)

Breakfast - protein shake
Lunch - brown rice, 2 pieces of chicken with string beans and mushrooms

Snack - 5 egg whites with a can of tuna

Dinner - Bah! Cheated lol....has some egg drop soup and 4 pieces of chicken wings....I'll make up for it tomorrow.

So long as I've been in my calorie range, when I eat doesn't seem to effect the next morning's weigh in.

If i have a heavy dinner it can add as much as 2lb on, its gone by the next day but its just the weight of the food etc it seems.
 
My weight seems to fluxuate like crazy! I have a really bad habit of weighting myself. Say I wake up one morning, and have a nice loss. But later in the afternoon, regardless if I eat anything or drink anything, it can go up as much as 4 pounds.

I think it's best for me to just wait (weight hehe!) 'til Monday anyways.
 
Didnt have time to post yesterday

Skipped breakfast..lol, woke up a little late :p

Lunch - Brown rice served with 3 small pieces of grilled pork chops and mushrooms.

Dinner - nothing special, family came back from China, had 2 very small pieces of roast duck and a small cup of Sierra mist and called it a night.
 
Hehe! Think I may have done better today.

Breakfast - skipped it because I slept thru it, lol.

Lunch - Handful of wheat pasta with 3 pieces of grilled chicken and veggies.

Dinner - Natural peanut butter on two slices of whole wheat bread. Also had a glass of lipton iced tea.

Whats great is my family noticed right away that I had slimmed down on my face and maybe waist. Feels very good. :D

I greatly thank your concern and notice the calorie dip I've had the past few days. I didn't mention that they brought home some snacks, lol. I did eat some and was a little embarassed to post. They brought home lots of beef jerky type food, as well as smoked dry fish, which is almost like a fish jerky. But once im out of the trying stages lol, I'll definately up my calories.

For today

Breakfast - two packets of flavored oatmeal

Lunch - 2 pieces of lean pork chops served over brown rice and brocolli stir fried with a little butter.

Also had myself a cucumber (2medium) salad with a little olive oil and vinegar dressing.

Dinner - had a cup of tea with a little honey, wow this is great! Might replace coffee soon. Im debating wether to eat some tuna on wheat or have another 2 servings of oatmeal. The tea has really curbed my hunger.

And as for weather, it was so gosh darn cold today in NYC, below 20 degrees and it was definately not walking weather. Although I did go to my school to buy textbooks...the damage? $362.10...ouch!

School begins Monday, I'll definately do a lot of walking once that starts up, and along with the stress of classes/exams, I'm looking for a big loss for the course of the next 3-4 months!
 
Alright for dinner - 1 can of albacore tuna with light mayo and srirachi dressing. 5 egg whites and 2 yolks, and a whole avocado. :)

Im sure thats good enough calories for the day.

Anyways, for the 27th

Breakfast - Protein shake

Lunch - went out with family to have lunch at a chinese restaurant. Consumed one small serving of white rice, watched what I ate, was mostly veggies :).

Dinner - 1 cup of wheat pasta in a homemade ox-tail (I know, weird :p, but it was great!) soup with potatoes and carrots.
 
Felt a little depressed today :/. Only cuz tomorrow is weigh in day, and I hope I had a good week, sigh...

I always get like this somehow, its such a terrible feeling. I just feel scared for the future.

Anyways:

I woke up pretty late, due to watching a tennis match late late late last night. For brunch: two servings of flavored oatmeal.

Snack - 2 bananas and soy milk

Dinner - went with a friend to a good chinese restaurant. Had chicken with eggplant /w brown rice and egg drop soup.

Wish me luck for tomorrow :eek:
 
Had a good 1st day at school :)

Lunch - came back home around 4:30 - had 2 packets of oatmeal and a little leftover chicken w brocolli

Snack - Banana

Dinner - handful of pasta with some stir fried squash
