To start off a brand new spanking week!
Breakfast - 6 egg whites with the same little light mayo and hot paste sauce
Lunch - Grilled piece of chicken over a cup of wheat pasta and a nice portion of peas and carrots, with a cucumber salad with an oil/vinegar dressing.
Late snack - Grilled chicken with 2 slices of whole wheat bread.
Skipped dinner because the snack was eaten close towards dinner time
Drank HEAPS of water
