Oh Kinyo - I have the shrinking balloon effect, I see it mostly on my legs and to a smaller extent on my arms - but you know, in time, what elasticity I have might shrink it up a bit, and you know - I'd rather be fit, healthy and thinner with wrinkles then overweight and puffed out skin 
As for the tuna, I have it almost every day - sometimes I throw in some fat free ranch - it has 30 calories for two tablespoons and adds a lot of flavor!
