I believe I intake a fair amount of protein. I've started eating eggs after I work out (not raw) and eating a bowl of raisin bran every chance I get.
The thing is, protein supplements are expensive, and at the gym I very rarely see people using them. Does it make a huge difference, and is it essential in serious body building?
