It is going up to around 8c today. Seems like a great day to get a good long ride in. I was pretty lazy on Saturday so I am going to get off my butt today and get a few things done. Just had a large Tims coffee and a big fruit plate for breakfast so I am ready to go out.
 
I got a good 1 1/2 hour ride in today, I always feel great for the rest of the day when I get a good one in!!!
 
Got a good ride in the last couple of days. yesterday was nasty though. It was -5 and the wind was blowing like crazy. Today was much better, it was still about -5 but there was no wind at all.
 
Thanks Cannon. i am going to work through the winter. Even though the weather can get bad I still would rather get out on my bike then join a gym, I just like to get outside alot when I can.
 
Well, there will be no riding this week. It is -40C this morning and it was -50C when I got up yesterday. It is going to be like this all wek hey say. I cn't waite untill this deep freeze passes by.
 
Hello - I'm new here and was reading through your diary - it's great to hear from someone who lives nearby (we're in Medicine Hat) - it makes this forum seem a lot smaller and a lot more 'local'.

Sounds like you're doing great! Once this deep freeze is over, I can't wait to get out and start walking.
