anybody else get bad swass at the gym?

(sweaty ass for those who don't know)
I sweat like a pig in heat at the gym. Are there any clothes that are good to wear for this like Under Armor maybe? Anybody else have any suggestions for workout clothes?
 
Maybe compression shorts under your clothes that wick away moisture. Wear black LOL

I don't know, maybe I'm weird, but I really don't sweat all that much when I lift... even though I go all out. My brow sweats a little, but rarely do my clothes get damp. I sweat quite a bit when I run, but that's to be expected
 
yeah I do a 15-20 minute cardio warm up that gets me flowing. And sometimes my trainer has me doing "active rests", an oxymoron if I've ever heard one. So I'm perspiring pretty heavy throughout the workout.

I'm not sure compression shorts are my thing. lol.
My boys need some airflow down there.

I sweat big time. If I'm doing weights or cardio. I work out at home so I end up peeling off my shirt at some point during my work out. You could seriously wring it out.
 
I literally sweat like a pig. It's so bad, people think I'm dying. Someone once asked how I can work out so hard and make myself sweat. Well, I say I probably work the same amount as you, but I just sweat easily is all.

My advice is to do it naked without underwear. Be careful of the colour though since sometimes when the clothe is wet, you can see through them. I don't think anyone wants to see you-know-what.

Just keep hydrating yourself, and be sure to know when you're just sweating, and when you're actually exhausted.

My old coach used to tell us you're not working hard enough unless you got a sweaty butthole.

I alwasys leave sweat patches on the benches. I think thats my poor current fitness level.

Im starting a new journal soon. Iv been getting a lot more organised with my routine the last couple of weeks :)

Cardio is increasing also...

Diet is good.

Only thing i do is drink the odd time :D Ill get there ;)

You are young, and you have allot of spunk in your trunk.

If only you could divert it, channel it, and feed your mind and body what it needs to embrace your fitness goals---optimally, as you live your life.

You'd be more powerful and Huuuuuuuuuge........

You'd be the BigTom you desire. You will fly higher. And, the beer will not have to retire.

And, it will improve your spunk in your trunk.
